Patriarchy using Feminism in today's modern era!!!

The effect of Feminism (equal right to women) on the structure in society and the role & responsibility in family is immense. In the modern era, society is having more and more families with working wives thanks to the acceptance of women's economic right.  The social trend has changed and so the groom's preference in marriage over time; from house wife, to educated & home maker and now to educated, working & financially independent partner. However, in this new relationship, who is "making home" is not explicitly called out. of course, it is obvious, isn't it? This is how the patriarchal notion is silently using "Feminism".

A family nucleus is the smallest organization which can then be combined to get a society. So I believe, the changes we want at a society level, must be achieved at this nucleus level. The family has to perform many tasks to survive as shown below. Since in a patriarchy, Man is the provider managing Finance, he has more visibility in the society and so holds more power in society. Woman manages the domestic production i.e. manage all other house-chores for the family's survival. In this conjugal relationship, Man employs Woman to manage household production and Woman employs Man to get finance. However, since Man has more power in society because of the very nature of the task it performs, it can actually oppress the woman.

Now that women can be employed and can contribute toward the Finance, more and more families are encouraging women to work and bolster financial state of the family. But unfortunately, in this whole movement, the responsibility of household production is still undivided. When I debate on this topic, I get this response:
"Maa to maa hoti hai, wohi to bacha samhalegi (She being the mother, only she can handle/ raise a child"

"Biwi/ bohu to ghar ki lakshmi hai, wohi to rasoi samhalegi (Wife/ daughter-in-law is the goddess of home and so is in-charge of kitchen"

New-age husband would say "That is why we have maids to support her" The worrisome part in the statement is "support her". It means household production is still her responsibility. and what about the household production of the maid?

"We go out and order from restaurants over the weekend". Still husband is not taking any load on "making home" but just compensating with the use of finance. That means nothing has changed. The system is still patriarchal. Man is still bartering the finance for household production.

Thus, feminism goal can actually be achieved when Men truly believe the responsibility of household production belongs to both . Of course, the spouses can decide consciously how to divide labor/ responsibility among each other but both gender has equal right and obligation towards both productions.
